Trust in the Workplace :
Day 12 of the 30-Day Challenge

Day Twelve. Trust. It is the only measure of how you are doing. Do people trust you in your workplace? Do you trust the people you surround yourself with? Do you trust yourself? doesn't really pay the bills, now does it? Don't get my wrong, I'm a very big fan of Love. But when there is no trust, what happens to love?


Don't look at how right or wrong you are as your measuring stick of how you are doing. Look at whether your actions will build trust in your relationships (including the one with yourself) or tear it down. And just in case you were looking for a loophole: There are very few neutral actions.
