The Anger Blog



Recently, I realized that every page of this website and every workshop I teach is really about avoiding anger (whether in ourselves or in others). This most-feared emotion seems to be the driving force behind all of our workplace stress.

With this premise in mind, I've decided to dedicate an entire blog to the exploration and REMOVAL of anger from our emotional options. And I don't mean by repression or medication. I mean by finally and completely understanding this emotion and removing it from our arsenal of responses to one another.
