The Right Question:
Are You Looking for What is Going Right?

Final Day of the 30-Day Challenge.

I leave you with this quote, from a book called "The Right Questions" by Debbie Ford. The #4 Question is: "Am I Looking for What is Right or Am I Looking for What is Wrong?"

This question points to the fact that we are COMPLETELY responsible for how we feel and how we view our lives. By focusing on what is wrong, we avoid taking responsibility and instead decide we are victims.

The choice of integrity (that which works in the long run) is to realize that we decide the reality we choose to see. We can always find what is wrong, and we can always find what is right.

Which do you choose to see? The power is in your hands.

Focusing on what is going right is what has helped me move from overwhelm to going forward so often this year. Thank you so much for the reminder.
