Right Perception:
'Right' or 'Wrong' is Just a Perception.



Day 19. If you are spending most of your days making sure you don't look foolish, and I am spending most of my days making sure I don't look foolish, then wouldn't it stand to reason that most of our perception would be clouded with, "What is wrong here" ?


So we see what is wrong in others and we say to ourselves (by now a habit we hardly notice): "Don't be like that. Don't do that. That will make you foolish."


You may be only willing to read the posts of this 30-day challenge at this point. The view from where we are sitting is tinted with "Don't look foolish." That's okay. I get it.


But consider that EVERYTHING you really want is just outside your comfort zone. You are comfortable in the Land of "I'm Not the Fool.....HE Is". And that land is a land of nerves and anxiety; worry and sadness.



Just CONSIDER seeing the tint in these glasses we are all wearing. Notice what the tint does to your perception. Notice how we scan for what's wrong, hoping it's not catching, hoping it doesn't accidentally get on us.

Who will be the first to admit they are not perfect? Who will be the first in a meeting to say, "Here is what I would prefer, here is my best thought on the subject, but I know there are others here too. And I'm willing to have my mind changed." ?
