Well, there are a few pages on this site that discuss the typical physical exercise and eating "right" drivel that passes for stress management advice out there. But, by and large, this site's ENTIRE PURPOSE is to show you that the only way to END work stress is to change your mind about what is happening. Mental stress is your creation.

If you haven't skimmed the articles, that's a must. If you haven't checked out the worksheets, you gotta. If you haven't stopped on the Byron Katie page, known as The Work, you better (but only if you want your entire life to improve---otherwise, skip it).
