I Asked, but She Denied Anything Was Wrong

What do you do if you try to talk to the co-worker about it, but she denies that anything is wrong (albeit in the same cold, ignoring manner she uses to cold-shoulder you) and then continues the behavior? She's super warm and friendly to everyone else, so it isn't in my head. And it's been going on for a year now, so she isn't getting over it either.

Re: I Asked, but She Denied It NEW

Unless she escalates (starts an argument, goes behind your back to a manager and reports you, is unwilling to do her part of a project that you are responsible for), there is nothing to do. For your own protection, I would report your concerns to your immediate supervisor, to go officially on the record, and let him/her know that you tried to remedy the situation by talking directly to her with no results.

It may make you uncomfortable to have someone not like you, but that's a reality in our world. Random strangers are thrown together, sometimes for years and years, and are called "coworkers." They have nothing in common and would never be friends in another situation. Just remain polite and professional. She's the one who looks immature and bitter. People can sniff this sort of thing out.
