Here's your focus, all day: *Does this work?*
Ask it mentally in every conversation, every phone call, every time you are upset. Does this work? Or another variation may be, 'What will work here?'
You are looking for the act of integrity now (that which works or is sound), no longer interested in being right (why did I ever think that was important?).
I find it works better if you put the effort into solving whatever is wrong vs. trying to show someone that their thinking is wrong. First, that never works (changing someone's mind) and secondly, you just have to keep coming back and cleaning up whatever is wrong. Better to just put everyone's energy into fixing what's not working. Try it. The worst that could happen is everything stays the same.
And 'What is RIGHT here?' is increasingly becoming your world view now.
