Building Trust.
How to Increase the Quality of Your Life

Day 21. Some researchers find that Day 21 is the official day of habit-making. Could be...you may already be finding yourself :

-Dropping the old way of finding others wrong
-Not as insistent on making others see where you are right
-Looking for what is already right or how to make the situation right
-Apologizing with more ease, admitting you don't know, etc.

Today's advice is to look at each of your actions in your key relationships (don't worry so much about the guy in the elevator, in other words) and ask yourself this question, "Will this action BUILD trust or will it TEAR IT DOWN"?

This is the RIGHT WAY to build and keep strong and healthy relationships. Very few actions can be called neutral. You're either building the trust or tearing it down. And when we try to make someone wrong and ourselves right? Yes..you guessed it...not great for trust BUILDING.

Everything in the world ties back to a key relationship in your life...if no other than the one with yourself. Trust is the mortar that keeps your relationships high-quality. And high-quality relationships are the VERY DEFINITION of a life of integrity.
