Day Sixteen. If our need to be right is behind 95% of all conflict (see Robert Bolton's People Skills-Day One), then let's not make people wrong and save everyone the drama.

Today, choose your words so that they point AWAY from making someone wrong, and instead improve a process; find an error; upgrade an out-of-date mode....but let's not make a PERSON wrong today, but seek to make THINGS better than you found them.
