Anger Can be Controlled

I agree with this post. Many of us think that anger is beyond our control, and yet we don't realize how simple it is to control anger. Just by merely pausing for a while and doing some deep breathing can ventilate our anger. Talking to a friend who's willing to listen is another way. One of the things that helped me with controlling my anger is having someone from www.talkwelisten.com to listen to my thoughts and feelings.
